From the KTLA live stream: the fire is split into three main areas. The fire in the median is growing signficantly towards the paintball park area. To the east, the fire is burning towards Castaic Dam. Spotting occurring. More towards the right flank and heel, the fire is starting to burn into Grasshopper Canyon towards the Lower Lake area
Extreme fire behavior now occurring. AA requesting 2 VLAT’s due to life threat
