@Smoke think of it as a VVLAT. Very very large air tanker. Numbers are rough mind you but a VLAT (DC10) is like 12000 gallons and The GST 747 Is like 19600 gallons

Looks like the GST is bypass The Hog, and continuing north. To The Gold, perhaps?
Again, Tanker 944 is on the Gold, not the Hog.

Thunderstorms have rolled into the valley, bringing rain on the eastern side of Susanville. Hopefully the rain makes it way over the fire.
