Lots of recent dozer line out to the West. Here is a map showing some of it.
It is way south of this map
Latest from GEOS Satellite for reference only
That map is from the valley fire in 2015.
I was wondering from where this data came, as I couldn’t find it in any of the products I searched…
Yeah, I know. We added the recent firelines to the map when we worked on it during the Valley Fire.
I see what you are getting at now! Looking at it again makes sense now. Good stuff!
Type 6 ST enroute from Tulare County.
Fire has jumped RD 78 (due west of Brooks) and is getting close to the crest of Blue Ridge.

OES 4802-C en route from Sacramento County
Six Tyoe 3 Strike Teams and 8 dozers were sent to Berryessa Knoxville Rd in Napa County. In 2004 or 2005 a fire started in the same area and burned well into Napa within a few miles of Berryessa Estates and burned Berryessa Lookout. Ended up at about 36,000 acres I think.
It burned 22,000 acres the first night under very similar conditions.
View from Stockton around 6 am.
