9/29/20 Added afternoon VIIRS to 9/29/20.

Early morning VIIRs detection via CalTopo with Recent Fire History, Recent Glass Fire IR and “Now” Winds for 11:00 hours. Will add more this afternoon.

Increase in fire activity in Division ZZ + Div U due to wind shift. New spot between Summit Lake & Ink Grade in Div J, additional type 3 ST requested for that spot.

The reason that spot becomes very important, with the already increasing N winds, is that will move into and heavily impact the NE side of Angwin. Where the spot is, places that community in direct upslope run, both terrain and wind alignment

Yes! Another key factor Dozer Keith along with alignment is the fuel types are timber, manzinita and brush and the area hasn’t burned in over 20 years. It would rip down that valley with a huge amount of heat behind it.
