Per CHP CAD, Hwy 20 just coming out of the valley. Leesville at Kings Rd. 39.129747 -122.310229
RAWS hwy20 at county line, just west in the hills from incident, winds WSW11G21, RH29. Those hills are rough for mobile attack and iron.
