Putting up a dirty column…two AT just flew over Vacaville

3 air miles west of my residence. Fairly active column BUT much is now showing white which did indicate a application of water. Vaca City and Vaca District both began hose lays. This is the location of frequent vegetation fires. 2 S 2T’;s 1 S-70 Fire Hawk and one AA (140).
