I’ve been to many fires out there, and if I think it’s over that hill into the back country, this will turn into an extended attack. Expect a campaign fire with the winds out there blowing down into the valley.

8:38pm The fire is 80 acres and 20% contained, per Los Padres National Forest. Tankers have ringed the fire with retardant.
