Is the Tomki Fire, ~5 acres (but better ROC coming soon), heavy fuels, difficult access. 2nd dozer requested. T102 inbound from McClellan, T88 & T96 reloading out of Ukiah. Just south of the Head of the Russian River (maybe a mile?).
