The engine at Blanchard stated making a hard run to Merced Falls road with spots when the fire first started. I haven’t heard to much more about that side of the fire.
Sounds like that part of the fire is running towards Barret Cove. Hopefully they can pinch it off before it runs that far.

Is it debris on the Greeley hill cam or when you zoom in does it look like spots way out in front between the column and Coulterville?

Maybe debris, or more likely just the way the light is filtered through the column and reflecting off smoke.
If it continues towards the Detwiler burn scar the regrowth is plenty. The chemise is 4-5 ft tall. The winds typically take the fires south and East this time of day. I’m certain you’ll see evac warnings and orders coming for Coulterville if not already in place.
That would run it to Horseshoe Bend Rec Area. Between the Bend where the fires at now there are large areas of oak woodland and grass. Give them some opportunities to fire and cut Dozer line use exsisting two tracks if it gets that far. Gets past that a whole lot of brush. Just looking at the cams it looks like it has lost a little energy compared to a couple hours ago.
Typically this area sees down canyon winds after dark.
Yup, when the shadows hit, it should change around on them.
Lead plane and all MAFFS are load and hold, Lead will base at Santa Maria. Must be getting high confidence over containment.
The KCRA coverage does not support that. Could it be the smoke hanging over the fire? May not be appropriate for the T1s and VLATs. Lots of open line.
