Unless the camera angles are off, looks like 2 separate fires, White Star North looks like Border 23, and White Star South looks like a larger fire well south of the border.

The south Cam is a large fire in Mx. The North Cam is on the Border Fire.

The large fire is 20 miles south of the border in Agua Hechiera BC Mx. Started about 1100 am. Smoke is drifting into San Diego

Report on conditions at ≈2:40pm was 1 acre in Mexico burning parallel to the border fence with a threat to the US.
