Hearing MVU enacting their lightning plan for at least 3 fires, I couldn’t hear where or how big, didn’t sound like any over an acre.

Sounds like the Wagon fire is number 1, 30x30? With retardant across the head with a copter and short crew working it.

Fire 5-2 is at 33.160833, -116.441833. 10’ by 10’ spot in light, flashy fuels with a slow rate of spread. 2 tankers have already dropped on it. Pretty much boxed in by retardant.

The three letter designation from MVU to SDU doesn’t start until next calendar year at the earliest.

The only thing that changed was the call sign, the 3 letter designator stayed the same.
