this is a week old…but shows the trend or fuel moisture. all are close to critical. with a wind event as predicticted also that time of the year, big fires are on the horizon…unless the rain comes; which is not in the forecast. for so cal. all fires start small but with conditions will grow…ie. Paradise, all areas in so cal such as wosely. hit them hard and fast or you end up with a fire such as the decker fire in CO in october. be safe out there…but have fun doing the hard work…if you do not enjoy the work…get another job you will enjoy…even after 40 plus years i love the smell of smoke…just can not do much about it but pass on info and encourage the upcoming folks and wish them the best.
