Placer County Sheriff just tagged my friends house in Alta, and ordered the to leave. Currently packing up their truck with their “go bags” and pets.
Per radio traffic from scanner feeds, some resources are being released from the incident. Fire has been holding within containment lines. Per KCRA weather, winds at 2 mph down canyon, temperature is 73 degrees.
