Mod Note: It appears to me that there is possibly multiple incidents intertwined here. If there is an incident South of I80 in the McCarren Loop area, that is definitely not going to be part of the Doyle, and depending on the jurisdiction, possibly a Great Basin incident. I am going to need some assistance sorting this one out so, please bear with me. If your post gets moved in error, I apologize up front and will be happy to correct it.
Let’s make sure that anything further in this thread is related to the Doyle and if someone can find me information about the potential incident South of I80, we’ll get a thread opened for that.
UPDATE: I think I have moved everything pertaining to the Reno area over to here: Pinehaven. There is still some conjecture as to the correct jurisdiction, so if somebody knows, please let me know.
