A few active cells in siskyou county. Working a few fires in Pondosa area. Sounds like they are moving some resources from Klamathon to Macdoel.

New hits from AA06 recon reporting into Susanville over LNF Fire Net
LMU - unknown designator - 40 56.8 x 121 16.23
3-4 acres, a couple engines should get it, easy dirt road right off County Rd 404
LMU - unknown designator - 41 02.34 x 121 16.80
5-6 acres, large potential, numerous structures threatened, “going to need at least 2 type 1 tankers and some copters on this one.” This is just east of Pittville in what appears to be grass, sage and pine.

New start on the LNF - sounding like they’re making it part of the lightning plan vs its own fire.
L-1 fire, spotted by recon flight, 3 acres making its way to the top of the mountain. Morgan Mountain Hwy 36 at Hwy 172. Map and legal location 29N 4E S13 with best ground access sounding like the 29N20 road.

LNF L-1 10-12 acres MROS crews made it to the fire edge. The 29N20 road access I heard reported was wrong, wrong side of the creek. It is indeed in Section 13 as initially reported, midslope and crossed Spencer Trail. This is behind the Childs Meadows Resort. IC is optimistic they’ll catch this at 15-20 acres. Skycrane made it in for a 3rd copter. 4th tanker out of Rohnerville.
(edit: corrected road access to get to the top of the fire is through Wilson Lake to 29N18. Hike in show for the heel of the fire.)
