#DowdFire off North Dowd Rd and Waltz Road South of Sheridan in Placer County is 100 acres.
CAL FIRE/ Placer County Fire Department firefighters at scene of an approximately 100 acre fire in grass. Waltz Road and North Dowd Road. Wind driven fire with rapid rate of spread. No structure threat at this time. Assisted by Lincoln City Fire and Wheatland Fire.
