PNF WildCad has this listed as the Feather Fire in the Howland Flats area.

Fire on the PNF looks to be near little grass valley res. Can hear AA enroute missed the name or size

Its showing heat on GOES-17…

They dropped a load of jumpers, tanker 88 just dropped, and an seat is enroute.

not sure how many they typically launch with but Jumper 42 returning to Redding, 10 jumpers on board that must have won (or lost?) the rock paper scissors.

There are multiple unlined spots across slate Creek at the bottom of the drainage. It’s very inaccessible, But with the aircraft hitting it hard this morning and hot shots hiking in, It’ll either be out by tonight or go major.
