That looks LRA…curious how far from MTZ that is. Maybe it is MTZ? Glad they are helping out.
Fire is in the Caswell state park on the north side of the Stanislaus river west of the city of Ripon. Fire is now on both sides of the river. Lra, no threat to sra. Easy access to a levee rd. Irrigated fields down wind from the head.
Putting up a lot of smoke for a fire down in there

Castellated is SRA that’s why CF resources
Lot of stuff to burn along the river right there, just wonder what damage was done to park infrastructure.
Negative on the SRA. It may be state owned, but that does not make it SRA. The resources that are assigned are assigned under CAL FIRE MMA. By definition this is still LRA with no threat to the SRA. Which is why they had to use CAL FIRE MMA.
Unless things have changed which is very possible. When we would have fires in a State Park and CDF/Cal Fire was close we would go. That was a long time ago. Like Slasher stated river bottom fire are very messy.
