looks like is SE of hwy 74 heading toward that Canyon on the east side of Buastisa Camp.

Sounds like its currently one RRU2 CDT Tac 12, starting evacuations of the Mountain Center areas, order for 10 additional type 1s and 10 additional type 3s.
I can see it from Riverside.
