She went boom, I just saw this report, and she gone! Bad spot for a fire.
Gonna be a big box, huge fuel load there
This is not good. Last time this got going, it burned all the way in to Idyllwild.
tough time for major fires in So Ops with such a large commitment in SKU.

It does have the South Fork on the San Jacinto River between it and Idyllwild. Looks like it’s running towards Anza more.
Initial report was 20-30 acres with a dangerous rate of spread.
AA states numerous structures at the head but probably can’t do anything to help now
Looks like the wind is out of the east so it’s pushing towards Hemet/Sage area.
Yeah, thats gonna go west into South Hemet, Lower Sage area
The fire modeling puts this at 1,300 acres by 1900 hrs tonight. Although the model does not account for firefighting efforts. My point is…huge potential and AA thinks they are about to lose some structures.
This thing already has a cap on it!

Looking at where the two tankers just circled it looks more like it’s south of Simpson Park off Avery Road. Not sure if that’s the actual location.

IC just ordered 4 additional AT’s and a VLAT
