Lots of room for this to run east into the badlands for the next 2-4hr. Once the sun goes down the wind will die off in the area.

San Tim Canyon has the potential to run all.the way to Beaumont between the 10 & 60 freeway.

The fire on MCP is requesting a total of 6 Tankers. This fire has 4 so far…So ya, aircraft may determine what gets caught and what does not.
Edit, Shore AA is asking for 2 LAT’s and possibly a VLAT.

This area has not burned in a major fire since the Woodhouse Fire way back in October 2005. This area is dense with chaparral.
