Smoke showing. Hollister incident. Started around 12:15 pm. No other details. Anyone closer with intel?

AA and 4 Tankers working it. Intel aircraft are enroute and will provide size and potential soon. This incident is near Hollister Ranch and the name is Ranch Incident.

Seeing all that green grass on the Cameras. Yet seeing the column and knowing that Daylight Savings Time hadn’t occurred yet is concerning to say the least.
