Two new fires in the area, Mines incident, and Sandia Incident

This is not the Mines Fire, which is located at 19019 Mines Rd. This is a new start on the Lawrence Livermore Labs ground, AA 460 and AT 79 & 80 from the Mines Fire are accessing. The AA is stating 8-10 acres dangerous ROS.

NOTE: Aircraft are retaining the Mines identifiers although this not being run as a Branch on the Mines

Mines is SCU, fire on the LAB is ACF

Morgan Hill is calling this the Lab Incident while ALCo is calling it the Sandia Incident. We will see what becomes of the true naming.
