This might be the “Arroyo Fire”.
Sounds like other fire names in SCU will be Marsh Fire and Oakridge fire.
Pretty good guess for the first cup of coffee. I believe that would be just west of Del Valle reservoir.
The Highland time lapse shows a second fire to the south of the Arroyo fire.

Probably the Marsh Creek Road area, just keep the lightning off Diablo.
Note the current wind gusts and some of the gusts overnight as the t-storms went thru. 75 mph at Las Trampas still a steady 42 mph at Black Diamond and Altamont!

The last weather I posted here, although close to the fire, is definitely not representive of what’s going on at the fire. The fire looks like it is rippin’ under a strong west wind.
A new fire just dispatched in Del Puerto Canyon at MM 22. No details.
Looks like SCU-Deer is one of the fires south of Marsh Creek Road a lot of the cameras are on. Camera targets at 7am putting it about here.
The SCU-Valley fire just north of it Briones Valley area.
A new fire at Kirker Pass and Nortonville Road

CON-FIRE,EAST-CON, San Ramon, all running multiple new starts.
Los Vaqueros reservoir area has a significant fire. Mt Diablo west Camera has it.
That is probably the Deer incident. The cams were trained on the fire before the Vaqueros fire occurred.
