Been listening for a couple of hours now… Several fires reportedly started by someone… Largest fire is @500 acres. I’ve been mapping addresses as they come over the scanner. The latest tweet from #SCU is
#marshcomplex (update) Marsh Creek Rd and Morgan Territory Rd west of the community of Brentwood (Contra Costa County) firefighters are estimating 500 acres on the North side of Marsh Creek Rd.

New start within the complex of 12 fires Approx 5 acres.
Local media is reporting that authorities are saying they believe someone has been starting these fires all night.

Numerous vegetation fire reports S/E of Clayton, CA in Contra Costa Co. CAL FIRE BC1616 requesting 6 addl engines & 2 crews. Approximately 4 fires in the area, further info to come. RPs stating possible incendiary devices being used.
