I’d expect a delayed CALFIRE ground unit response due to most of the north end of the unit being committed to the Canyon incident. Probably lots of LNU for this response.

MRN can get in there pretty quickly…at least 2 or 3 engines, dozer, crews.

This is the Phoenix Incident…. Calfire diverted aircraft and has a ST from LNU enroute…. IC stated it looks to be a threat to the town of Port Costa and has a local gov T1 ST enroute

Negative…This is and will remain the Scenic as identified by all responding ground and air resources, until such time as there is an official name change.

Fire burned around Port Costa burned in 1984ish, but spotted onto the wharf and a wooden boat there. The helitack FC at scene (10-97) requested 5 fire boats and Morgan Hill replied, “What??” They got their 5 fire boats, but it was too late to save the boat and the wharf.

There is now an imminent structure threat per radio traffic, 2 additional copters & 5 more engines requested along w/ additional law enforcement for evacs.
