New start on Mt. Diablo…any more intel?
Nothing visible on the atlas can and it is looking right at Mt. Diablo.

Reported as about a half acre, it is mid slope with difficult access. Tankers and Copters working the fire. It is the Mitchell Incident. AA-140 reporting retardant around most of the fire.

Prevention was requested. There are no roads or power lines in the area of origin. The start was off a remote hiking trail.
