Poway units state the fire is 1 mile south of this address possible on Miramar Base property. Possibly North of Santee Lakes, Sycamore Canyon,

The fire is confirmed on base property, units asking the base to open the gate at the Sycamore Trailhead, acess will be tough for engines. SDU 2, CDF TAC1 and TAC8 , CDF A/G 2.

I never heard a final size, smoke has dissipated and some of the type 1 engines have been released along with HT-729. Mop up, I assume.

Was 10-12 as per FIRIS. I was 1st in and it was very poor access. Air kept in check until we could work our way out there.
