Last night’s IR flight showing a 5 mile run north of Hwy 97. Interpreter’s log says imagery was incomplete so posted acreage probably won’t reflect overall fire size.

Getting good “show me runs” with lead plane and tankers on the brush patch north of diller canyon… Mt. Shasta side believe it’s div H obvious predicted wind shift out of the north now

Urgent Update from the Shasta McCloud Management Unit

Emergency Evacuation Notice 6/30/21 at 8 am
The Everitt Memorial Highway is being closed at McBride Springs and ALL visitors on the southwest side of Mt. Shasta, including Bunny Flat, Sand Flat, Red Fir Flat, McBride Springs Campground and all points in between are now under mandatory and immediate evacuation due to the spread of the Lava Fire now encroaching to the southwest aspect of the mountain.
