The S-2s were diverted to a new start in Tulare, but are now back enroute as of 1802

Just a word to the wise for private contractors, do not show up to an incident without having an E #. There is a private dozer at the Branch staging that from all appearances self dispatched and showed up without that crucial E # and is not being allowed to work as a result.
