Llano Rd, Atascadero
E7565 reports 1.5 acres, light wind running uphill. Structure in front.
AA requesting 2 T1 AT.
This is in addition the the initial aircraft.
AT 40, AT 105
Llano AA req 1 T1 Helo
Sounds like an immediate structure threat on Corriente Rd
looks very ugly on the cams
On Google Maps, looks like this is within the city limits. Threat to LPF, I believe SLU DPA.
Fire is in an MTZ in Atascadero (ATA) City LRA
Removed. Maybe bad info.
Battalion 3415, Battalion 7510, Battalion 7520, C6600, C7500, Engine 30, Engine 3469, Engine 3460, Engine 4684, Engine 7160, Engine 7564, Engine 7565, Engine 7591, Engine 8163, Dozer 3441, Dozer 3442.
What’s the source? Nothing on command.
Heard it on broadcastify SLO County feed. Id swear I heard IC. Could be wrong?
Removed it just in case.
5 engines any type immediate need
Would think LPF is to the west and south. Maybe SRA to southeast and east. Otherwise mostly LRA.
Last heard was the CF BC reporting 20 acres.
my sense is they’re in a radio dead zone
This from the LPF Interactive Map. Forest boundary to the west. Strangely, the shading makes it look like the fire is outside the city.
The blue + is Llano Rd.
i’m actually surprised lpf hasn’t responded
edit: smoke is light and white, fire’s holding at 21 acres, the helitanker’s been released, I think they’ll be in mop up soon enough
