New start, confirmed fire, on an upper portion of the slope in Reservoir Canyon. B3412 believes it will be best accessible from Mt Lowe Road.

Per AA. 8 acres slow to moderate rate of spread. Making good progress

Per IC. 8-10 acres with retardant around fire. Fire is holding at top on a road with crews to make access from bottom
