IC advises Structures are threatened. 2-3 acres moving up hill in heavy fuel. Sounds like the fire is spotting ahead and moving quickly. Dress is 5763 Del Cerro Blvd, in the College area near San Diego State.
The first units on scene are going into immediate Structure Defense on Adobe Falls Drive. SND Copter 1 advising the fire is spotting up hill in the direction of the Homes.
Initial Attack Strike Team 6430 A en route. Made up of closest engines from San Diego City and Heartland. Also adding Helitanker 731.
SDPD advising multiple spot fires taking off in Palm Tress.
Currently 5 acres, Copter 1 is Helco for Copter 12 and HT 729. Helitanker 731 is also assigned and will be on XSD CMD 4.

Fire has spotted across the I-8 Freeway. AA 330 enroute with Tanker 71 and 96. On XSD A/G.
Helco advising fire is still throwing spots to the East. Hoping the Air Tankers can finally stop it.
Ordering another Type 1 ST and Initiating the F-Mag process. IC also ordered 4 Crews from MVU.
Fire is looking much better but the Crews are still chasing spots across the freeway.
