Where would Jumpers come from?
Jump 52 is already over the fire. They have been in South Ops floating around for a few days.

A group of jumpers from Redding have been at Porterville. Porterville is considered a satellite base for Redding. When there is Lightning in the southern half of the state a group of jumpers are moved.
