My heart is heavy, yet another huge loss. May you rest easy to Our Lords hands brother
Prayers for the family
My prayers for peace and comfort for his family, his fire family and friends. Rest in peace Braden it was a honor to work with you on fires.
Rest In Peace brother. As far as the fire is concerned this will probably be a big one. Next major river canyon from the Rim Fire. Hundreds of acres of contiguous bug kill timber and really steep, nasty country.
Another life extinguished way too early, thoughts and prayers to all the family. Stay strong
Anyone have an updated size? Sure looks impressive from the pics.
Sure hope they recover our Hero
Is it all on forest land?
They will. It is a very tough area to access.
Resources are available just call us we are waiting to help
All but a sliver from where it started
Rough estimate of 1000 or so, activity picking up
Being mapped by AA
Fresno FD USAR Team (OES type1) assigned to the fire. For extrication.
Now that’s a serious REMS team
It’s for the extrication of the fallen HFEO
Godspeed my fallen Brother …
What roads are they lining up for structure protection>? Which way is it moving, have friends in the area just want to give them a heads up.
Fresno FD does not have a Type 1 Task Force. It’s either a Type 1 US&R company or their Regional Task Force.
Their rescue is a OES type 1. Not a task force
Regardless they are there and supposed to get flown in with equipment and man power to effect the extrication and exfil of the fallen Firefighter
