They are having a hard with spotting. It’s got a decent column on it. When the down canyon winds start it could make an uphill run west because it is on the north south section of the San joaquin River.

The location is just a little west of the French fire origin.

Must be having some issues, a request for aircraft was placed and AA 15, Tanker 01 and Helitanker 95B all launched to the fire from Fresno.

They knocked down some flare ups, acreage reduced to 85 acres. Lots of heavy dead and downed fuel to mop up.
