Great stop for CALFire & USFS. That’s the first one of any significance they’ve stopped on that side of 274 in 20 years. Tough area. Lots a fuel and rough access. If it got across the canyon it could have run.

I worked on SNF engine 5-1 in North Fork back in 94, there is a ton of bug kill in that area.
