This is an evacuation warning for the area Northeast of Kinsman Flat and Mammoth Road near the Clearwater Fire Station. Units are in the area along with CALFIRE for a wildfire that is growing at a high rate of spread. Please be aware of your surroundings and avoid this area.

Looking pretty good now, left flank is holding minimal smoke, aircraft are working the right flank. Right flank to the heal still has quite a bit of heat.
Also got tanker 82.
Intel 12, AA15, AA51 overhead. AA505 with tanker 180 in tow.
AA51 (firewatch 51) mapped the fire, didn’t reply with size, enroute Rabbit burn on SQF.
UPDATE @ 16:20, T169, 131 released and once tanker 12 drops, they are released.
UPDATE @ 16:50 : AA advises 124 acres, rate of spread slow, topped the ridge, about 90% retardant
around head and flanks. Crews working towards top of ridge along flanks.
T180 released.
Not much visible heat except below the road, it cooked pretty good in the brush as it ran up to the ridge, it had terrain and wind alignment for a short bit.
One crew released along with all CalFire engines.
AA15 flew the fire from 8am to 10am and I didn’t hear any reports from him.

I saw him flying around and listened to the radio traffic and the archives and didn’t hear anything either
All wrapped up, full containment expected this evening.
IC reports crew have bedded down tonight at the fire. Fire held within the lines today. Mop up will commence again tomorrow (Wed.).
