New start in the kern river canyon north of lake isabella. AA and 2 tankers coming on scene.

might be another fire.? or another view? does not look like Kern river Canyon…

This is a new fire on Hwy 33 @ Klipstein rd in Maricopa, 4-5 acres. looks to be a done deal.

That is the real or true Kern Canyon. From above Kernville to just west of Whitney. The lower canyon east of Bakersfield is what all the LA yuppies think of.
