Both Tankers out of Columbia overhead now.
Edit: released load.
Forward progress stopped. 3 copters remain for mop-up.
All aircraft released. Just ground crews for mop-up.
AA15 diverted to new start on SNF by Florence Lake. Lots of lighting strikes over the last 4 hours around the lake. One is popping up smoke.
AA15 spotting 3 smokes all low potential. But they will be staffed. Smoke jumpers ordered.
Florence is a special place, when it has water in it. Kaiser pass is worth the drive.
Two of the three lighting fires were staffed by the jumpers and the 3rd will get jumpers in the morning.
The Yard and Double fires are staffed overnight both less then an acre in dead and down.
Finally inserted the last 7 jumpers into the 3rd fire nearby called “ward” fire. 1 hour walk steep up hill. Low potential ground fire in dead and down, less than an acre.
All 3 fires have been declared controlled and out. Jumpers will hike to extraction point.
