10.4 acres burning in the SQF close to the Kern River canyon north of Lake Isabella. Not showing on cams currently, and not much information about the fire anywhere.

Bald mountain would be able to see it if it was doing anything.

I believe Bald Mtn did look in that direction for a bit on the 6 hr loop, around 1432, with only light smoke. Looking at the 360 view of the same cam now, there is no smoke at the bearing 260 degrees, which is where the fire should be.

Fixed wing came in and put retardant around the fire and then were released. Had 2 copters dropping on it most of the afternoon. The picture I saw showed that it was done.
