Kern and Sequoia sending first alarm wildland responses. Sequoia ordered full air resources. H408 lifting Keene now.

Two cells passing thru the area. Saw estimated 4.2in/hr downpour at one point, which might be cause for flash flood concerns in the area of this fire. @IMT_Geek is the expert on this area.
