SQF responding resources to smoke spotted near the Pyrone Grove and Mule Peak area inside the Windy Fire Scar. Engine 694 is nearby working into it.
Don’t know if any cameras are watching this area.
@14:28 AA410 over it reporting 1/4 acre in heavy redwood tree dead down, low potential. in Section15.
1 Engine continues in to investigate needs.
The nearest now are blue ridge and Tobias peak. Both are looking at that area but not zoomed in.
2 engines, 1 crew and a patrol made it to scene. Will try to mop up with out aircraft.
Doubt such little smoke would show through today’s haze.
Engines and crews returning to quarters… didn’t hear it but, believe this will be in patrol status.
This is the second fire/hot spot to pop up inside the Windy Burn in last two weeks.
They found another smoke in the red hill grove today hold over from the windy fire.
