I did hear HUU dispatch a helicopter (sorry, I don’t remember the number) and a dozer (1240) to this incident. They sated, “In the area of Ruth Lake.” I do see some smoke on the cam. It looks overcast in the area today.

Looks to be midslope right above Bailey Canyon and Fir Cove Campgrounds. A lot of standing dead timber from 2020 burn in there, a few pockets of green timber.
Also power went out in Ruth at 340am. Sat view is confirming my thoughts that the distribution line for Ruth is down along the road and not midslope where the fire is. (edit - just checked the lightning maps, this area got hammered last night. That makes much more sense)
