30 acres, PGE will be shutting down the transmission lines resulting in a good size outage. The fire is looking better than few minutes ago.
No power shut Off as of yet. PG&E rep said that shut down would effect the whole county.
Good news, maybe since the fire looks really good they didn’t perform the outage.

Per CAL FIRE TCU Facebook 0700 this morning: “Firefighters worked diligently through the overnight hours to build and strengthen containment lines. The fire is 50% contained and remains 64 acres. Near Hwy. 108 and Chicken Ranch Road Jamestown (Tuolumne County)”
Troops mopped up all night. A good day of mop up today and that should put it to bed. Going to be another hot one today. We have a young workforce here in TCU. Again, they did an outstanding from DC, BC down to the FF’s. Air Force and Dozers included. Kudos to the WT guys who always show up and support the B engines. Also those local gov engines that take up the slack when 3/4 of the unit is IA.
