I couldn’t agree with your “hope” more. Unfortunately, society in 2025 for the most part is 18p degrees the opposite direction. What you hope for is simple IMHO,
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
However, the news, SM, Talking Heads, Politicians, Education professionals Don’t seem to agree. The lone exception seems to be mental health professionals. It has been my experiences anyway that the better/best mental health providers really push the “personal responsibility” . If more of society followed suit, we wouldn’t have half these problems, including unkept land, overgrown lots, and neighbors helping neighbors.
