VNC has been working a riverbed fire for about an hour and it keeps spreading. They requested copter from the Palisades and were told non were available. How can that be possible with the helicase at Camarillo airport, 5 miles away.
Palisades just offered 2 copters after first refusing to give any. LAC is sending a copter also.

Transmission lines, too. Looks like four radio towers from Google Street View. They’re marked on the LA Helicopter Route Chart and the LA Sectional (and while the helo chart terminates right in the fire area, it shows that there are transmission towers) so hopefully everyone has and maintains the SA especially with those transmission lines
