It is slightly across Tierra Rejada directly across from the Tierra Rejada CC with lots of retardant all over it. Not hearing or seeing anything about it being across 23. Not that it is or or isn’t but there is very little on the W side of 23 to burn in the TR area.

Correction: That is across 23 to the West, but is heavily painted.

Fire did in fact jump the 23 just north of Tierra Rejada and is burning on a hill with 2 large water tanks on it. The 23 is covered in retardant!

2 spot fires crossed the 23 burning about an acre. Both have been picked up by air and ground resources.
