New start with strong winds behind it, south of 118 Fwy, east of 23 @ Tierra Rejada. Looks like 3 spots 20+ acres at this hour. No structures threatened. Concern is anticipated winds and low humidity (again).

Ventura should be able to handle with their type 3 team as of now

If the fire stays east of the 23 and north of Olsen Rd VNC should handle. If it goes west of the 23 it will become very complex.
