This could be the Oakwood fire the cam is looking at which sounds like LFD is calling Topanga.
LAC calling forward rate of spread stopped on the Carl at about 4 acres.

Oakwood (LACO)/Topanga(LA) is forward progress stopped.
Same Names were used on two fires 3 years ago.
